  • When I do drink it I prefer to mix it in a blender with 2 cups of milk and pour in about 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup or powder mix to help give it a better flavor and makes it much easier to drink
  • If you do not drink the shake right away it tends to become a solid form and smells really bad so I suggest if your going to make this shake that you drink it right away
  • Now I believe the shake is suppose to replace a meal and keep your full, but like I said it personally makes me sick and leaves me not feeling well at all
  • I think people with sensitive stomachs and food allergies should really stay away from this shake powder personally unless you have a strong stomach and have no taste buds

For the past several months I have been using NSI Whole Food Shake Powder to make my breakfast shakes in the morning and I have to be honest and say this shake powder doesn’t have a vanilla flavor and makes me very sick after I drink it. The shake powder turns a greenish color when you mix it with water or milk which it is suppose to since it is suppose to be a green shake containing lots of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and whole foods.

NSI Whole Food Shake Powder can be mixed with almost any liquid

drink. When I do drink it I prefer to mix it in a blender with 2 cups of milk and pour in about 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup or powder mix to help give it a better flavor and makes it much easier to drink. I also feel this helps make it creamier and smoother to drink. The texture of the shake isn’t very creamy by itself and tends to have a gritty texture to it. If you do not drink the shake right away it tends to become a solid form and smells really bad so ...

Now I believe the shake is suppose to replace a meal and keep your full, but like I said it personally makes me sick and leaves me not feeling well at all. You may have better luck with it when you drink it. When I am able to keep this shake down it does give me a bit of energy and does keep me full, but that is very rarely. I think people with sensitive stomachs and food allergies should really stay

away from this shake powder personally unless you have a strong stomach and have no taste buds.

The online store I got the NSI Whole Food Shake Powder at was Vitacost.com for a 21 oz jar that cost about $12. I personally don’t think it is worth paying for, but if you do want to give it a try it is made from completely natural and organic whole foods, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. I hope those of you who try this whole food shake powder end up liking it in your meal shakes better than I did.
