      Grow Taller 4 Idiots is a book that teaches how adults can grow an inch or more from exercises. I followed the tips from this book so let me give my review.

      The book lays out some guidelines on various areas which affect growth. First, it addresses nutrition and sleep. In the chapter dedicated to nutrition, it has comprehensive information on which food to eat. Milk, vegetables, meat and calcium-rich food are always good because they are healthy and have the right nutrients for growth, like Vitamin D, protein, amino acids


      and zinc. The examples of food to be included in the diet are very long and comprehensive, to make sure nothing is left out. There is also a simple to follow recipe to prepare a homemade HGH drink made of tomatoes and cabbage. The recipe makes use of simple and easy-to-find ingredients which are low in price.

      Then, the guidelines on sleep are also well-explained and clear. It not only says to sleep for 8 hours, but also to sleep in a well-ventilated area and without a pillow because it hinders ...

        Lastly, he includes an exercise program to straighten the spine. The exercises are different from day to day, and because there are five exercises to do each day, they are simple to follow and they take only a few minutes. The exercises are accompanied with an illustration. They are mostly exercises which require standing up but they all target the spine. The exercises are so simple to anyone regardless of age and gender because they are easy to follow

        and do not take hours.

        I think that, reading the whole book, this will either work for you or not. Some people already have a straight spine, so I don’t think it will work for them. However, to some, having curvatures is a chance to make them grow taller. Following the exercises here means you have to be committed to stick to a daily routine. I followed the exercise for weeks and luckily, I gained 2.5″. All in all, I recommend this book to everyone because of the information, exercises and low price.
