Casa La Nina Women’s Dormitory offers bedpsacing for long and short-term stays. I stayed here for about 1 month, it cost Php 2,200 and I can say that it is a pretty decent dormitory at a cheap price. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is near malls like Gateway and Robinson. You have to walk for about two minutes to arrive at Robinson, which is about four blocks away and so you have to take a walk. You have to take a short jeepney ride to go to Gateway, and it only costs Php 7 to do so.

The neighborhood is also home to some small cafes and cafeterias, which sell cheap food. You can also eat at KFC which is near the place. It is also near Metrobank, BDO and BPI.

The dorm is divided into fan rooms and aircon rooms. The upper deck is a lot cheaper whichi s Php 1,800 a month. Electricity and water fees are not included but you have to pay for them with your romates. The dorm room I stayed in was very clean. There are five bunk beds there and each has a strong mattress which is quite hard on the ...

      • back. There are two toilets which is good, because you don’t have to wait for long to use one of them. The toilets are clean and well-maintained, with a working flush. The shower stalls are clean and the curtains are replaced weekly. There is a housekeper cleaning the bathrooms and taking out the trash each day. There are lockers for each tenant, and there is a table where one can sit and surf the internet, which is free and sometimes fast, depending on the bandwidth.

There is a lounge area where you can watch TV and eat. The lounge area is

pretty big and well-ventilated, and the store sells cheap food. Because it caters to the tenants’ needs, I think this is a decent place. The staff members are polite and very nice, they are not rude but not warm. They don’t mind your business but are there to help. The policies are a little strict, including the prohibited use of AC ooutlets in the lounge area since tenants are supposed to use the electricity in their own rooms and are being charged monhtly for it, but they are pretty reasonable. I think it is a pretty good place at a reasonable price.
