      Fried chicken has been a staple as a viand. We have this ever since we discovered that chicken can be a viand. Chicken has had many variation. We like to cook it grilled, fried, Japanese-styled and many more. Whatever the style, one thing is common, we all love chicken because its a good

      substitute for a less fatty meal. Knorr seasoning has come up with this recipe.


      1 kilo Chicken leg quarter 500 ml milk 3 sachet Knorr Real Sarap Seasoning 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 2 pieces eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 2 cups all purpose flour oil for deep frying

      • milk. Strain chicken, setting the milk aside. Season chicken with Knorr Real Sarap, cayenne and ground black pepper. Season the beaten eggs with the remaining Knorr Real Sarap. Dip the chicken legs into the eggs then drip it with flour. Heat oil in a work. Fry the chicken in hot oil.

        this recipe is when you marinate the chicken with milk. It really gives of a different taste and the chicken becomes tender. Best serve with homemade gravy. I can’t really give other differences regarding this recipe but rather the kind of cooking that you get because of it. I think the after taste of the chicken here is what sets it different.
