  • The pots can be used indoor or outdoor, but I use all of mine indoors because they are much more attractive inside the house rather than outside, I think

These small, two and a half inch pots are really good for small plants and other gardening projects. They are small enough to fit right on the windowsills in my house, where plenty of sun rains on in.

They make attractive additions to any room, too, thanks to the dark reddish-brown clay color that covers the pots.

They help to give a room a more

homely feel to it, especially once what was planted in the pot starts to grow.

What I also like about these clay pots is that they feel pretty sturdy, although I really don’t want to try dropping one on a hardwood or titled floor! These are real clay pots though and not some cheap imitation made to look like clay.

Like most pots, there are ...

      • drainage holes so that excess water can escape the soil and pot.

The size of the pot kind of limits just what can be grown in it, but small flowers and certain types of herbs work just fine and look great in the clay pots.

Plus, the plant or herb can always be transferred to a larger pot if the plant or herb gets too big.

The pots can be used indoor or outdoor, but I use all of mine indoors because they are much more attractive inside the house rather than outside, I think.

Overall, I’m very happy with these small, simple, attractive and lowly priced clay pots at the Dollar Tree.

They’re just a dollar and well worth that dollar.

For those reasons, I’m rating these clay pots a “10″.

Hi If you have used these mini terra cotta clay pots can you tell me if they are big enough to fit one cupcake so it appears as if the cupcake is the flower.

I don`t quite understand the question. A cupcake? Why would you place a cupcake in one of these pots? If you filled one of the pots up with potting soil, and placed the cupcake in the center, the cupcake would appear quite small.
