  • We do the laundry ourselves, but I know that there is a service where people can drop off their stuff for cleaning and let the staff handle the laundry
  • I do not know the cost of such a service though because I have not used it nor do I have any plans of using it
  • I found that to be impressive because she could have just as easily went back into her office and forgot about it, but she instead sat down and figured it all out to make sure we were not being cheated, and when discovered the machine's mistake, she corrected it
  • The parking lot could be bigger as really there are just about seven or eight parking spaces, but I have never come at a time when they are swamped, so parking has never been a problem for me
  • The staff is just great, the machines work really well, the prices are fair and it's just an overall pleasant experience to stop in there for approximately one hour and a half once a week

I come to this laundromat every seven days and I am consistently pleased with the service, cleanliness and the operation of the machines in this laundromat. I belong to a family of three and we go there with four trash bags halfway full of clothes and wash cloths and for a full week’s use of clothes and wash clothes, it generally only costs us $4.00. That is an excellent value for the number of clothes and wash clothes that we take there. We do the laundry ourselves, but I know that there is a service where people can drop off their stuff for cleaning and let the staff handle the laundry. I do not know the cost of such a service though because I have not used it nor do I have any plans of using it. We like to do our own laundry using our own soap and set the machines on the settings that we want.

That is not to say though that I would not be comfortable letting the staff handle

our clothes. They are very friendly and seem competent. I see them sometimes doing other peoples’ laundry and they seem careful with the clothes. The first time we came to the laundry, a member of the staff was real nice and descriptive in showing us how to use the machines, the laundry card and the machine that allows customers to add money to the card. The first time we were there, the money seemed to go really fast, and at first, one of the staff simply said that we used up all the money because of one machine costing this and another costing that, but five minutes later she came back, having calculated the amounts herself, apologized and said that the machine had not correctly withdrew funds from the card and that we were owed money, which she gave us. I found that to be impressive because she could have just as easily went back into her office and forgot about it, but she instead sat down and figured it all out to ...

      • make sure we were not being cheated, and when discovered the machine’s mistake, she corrected it. That is why we keep coming back to this laundromat. The workers are fair and polite and go the extra mile rather than just watch the clock.

I also really like how the floors, the windows, the bathroom, the machines, everything, is kept tidy and clean. It has to be a lot of work, but the staff does not let the place get dirty or grimy. They keep it looking and smelling clean and nice. There are fans as well as air conditioning to keep the place cool and flat screen televisions set up with the volume up that can be watched. The staff even asked once if there was anything in particular we wanted to watch. As I said, the atmosphere is very friendly and pleasant and not once have I encountered any rude or loud people. I try to come in on Tuesday mornings and at that time, there is usually only a few other people

        doing laundry.

There are plenty of washers and dryers, at least twenty or so of each, and some vary in size for heavier and larger loads. The larger machines cost more, but that is to be expected. The regular machines only cost $1.25 to wash and the dryers are just $0.25 for eight minutes. As I said, the prices are reasonable and as long as you know what clothes can go with what and mix in towels at the right temperatures, it is easy to get by with just a few machines rather than multiple machines.

The parking lot could be bigger as really there are just about seven or eight parking spaces, but I have never come at a time when they are swamped, so parking has never been a problem for me.

Overall, this laundromat is deserving of a perfect “10″ rating. The staff is just great, the machines work really well, the prices are fair and it’s just an overall pleasant experience to stop in there for approximately one hour and a half once a week.
