  • Once in awhile there would have been a person or two ahead of me and this definitely made the wait longer, a lot longer actually
  • If you have to pay something at the Holyoke City hall or have to ask them questions or anything than I recommend that you go inside this place directly because it’s not busy, the people are helpful and they will get you in and out right away and help you with whatever you need help with

City Hall in Holyoke is a place that I did not like to visit often for so many reasons. The main reason is that the place is way too big and it was hard to find my way around that place and there were no signs that showed me where to go. I had been to this city hall on more than two occasions and each occasion I still had a hard time figuring out where certain offices were. Some parts upstairs of the building looked like it was actually supposed to be closed off but there were was nothing blocking off that section and there were no offices in that section, this added to my confusion. I also didn’t like this place because it’s creepy on the inside and it is so empty and quiet in

there and everything is just so old looking. The stairs inside the Holyoke City hall were pretty big to walk up and they were old and made a lot of creaking noises as I walked up them. To be honest this place reminded me of a haunted mansion. It was also so dark in here and the lights could have been a lot brighter inside of here. The goo thing about this City Hall is that they have their own parking lot and there was usually a lot of spaces to park in but once in a while I had to park off the street and this sucked sometimes because the part of the city this place is in sucked. I also don’t remember seeing any public restrooms at this place and that sucked at times too.

      Even ...

      • though the place was creepy I must say that the people that worked here were very friendly and awesome. I had to come to this place to pay a few taxes as well as a few parking tickets and I was surprised that in each office the people who worked there were so helpful and friendly. When I had to pay a few taxes the process was easy and the workers got me in and out in a hurry. When I had to pay my parking tickets they seemed to have took a lot longer than it should have taken but nonetheless they were so very friendly and acted professional. One thing I didn’t like about going to this place was that there really was no security and this place is in a bad section of the
city so it would have been nice to see some sort of security here. The hours could have been a bit better as well because if I had to be at this place for something than I had better made sure I was there before five at night. The place was never ever busy and this was good because things moved faster. Once in awhile there would have been a person or two ahead of me and this definitely made the wait longer, a lot longer actually.

If you have to pay something at the Holyoke City hall or have to ask them questions or anything than I recommend that you go inside this place directly because it’s not busy, the people are helpful and they will get you in and out right away and help you with whatever you need help with.
