  • Unexpected company was about to arrive, and I felt the need to quickly clean the bathroom, so I decided it was the perfect occasion for trying out my new wipes
  • I had a small problem with removing the first wipe from the package - they were packed so tightly in the small container that I almost ripped it when I pulled it out
  • I found this to be a good size for wiping off a countertop and toilet, but if I had to clean any fixtures beyond that, I think I would have run out of clean wipe to use
  • I know that some people would pay any price for bathroom cleaning convenience, but if you're feeling a bit frugal, I would suggest that you try them out at least once when you find them on sale
  • I don't see myself using them every day, but they're really convenient to have in the cleaning supply closet

I tried out Scrubbing Bubbles Flushable Wipes for the first time a few weeks ago. Unexpected company was about to arrive, and I felt the need to quickly clean the bathroom, so I decided it was the perfect occasion for trying out my new wipes. I had a small problem with removing the first wipe from the package - they were packed so tightly in the

small container that I almost ripped it when I pulled it out.

The wipes are more or less the consistency of a baby wipe or a large wet nap and are coated with a citrusy cleaner (dubbed “Citrus Action scent”). In a matter of no more than thirty seconds I had given my bathroom sink, fixtures and toilet tank a wipe-down.

They really worked well at removing surface grime and left the whole bathroom smelling fresh without being overpowering like some bleach-based products can be. As an added bonus, the wipes are flushable so even disposal is easy.

According to the package, each wipe measures 7×10 inches (or 17. 7×25.

4 centimeters). I found this to be a good size for wiping off a countertop and toilet, but if I had to clean any ...

fixtures beyond that, I think I would have run out of clean wipe to use.

Although, my toilet tank was fairly dusty at the time, so that probably soiled the wipe more than a daily cleaning would have. My only true complaint about the wipes is that they’re expensive if you can’t find them on sale.

For instance, they retail for $3. 49 at Rite Aid, but I

      got them for around $1.

50 through a combination of sales and rebates. I know that some people would pay any price for bathroom cleaning convenience, but if you’re feeling a bit frugal, I would suggest that you try them out at least once when you find them on sale.

I don’t see myself using them every day, but they’re really convenient to have in the cleaning supply closet.
