  • I recently bought a small size of the Clinique All About Eyes from TJ Maxx because I was lucky enough to find this there at a lower price than the full price which is $28.5 for 0.5 ounces at Sephora I believe
  • Sometimes, when my eyes are still a little dry, when I finish washing my face, my eye area will start to flake a little which is definitely not attractive at all
  • For the most part, I think the moisture really helps, not just short term, for a few hours, but for the whole day
  • I like it because it doesn't just sink right in and feel like there was no change
  • I would recommend this to people who want a good eye cream for moisture

I recently bought a small size of the Clinique All About Eyes from TJ Maxx because I was lucky enough to find this there at a lower price than the full price which is $28.5 for 0.5 ounces at Sephora I believe. My eye area is really dry while the rest of my face is combination oily so I use a gel lotion that is really light (for combination oily skin). However, this doesn’t really help my dry eye area, so I needed to find a good eye cream. I had recently been using the Elizabeth Arden eye cream which was all right but I was almost out of it and found that sometimes it stung my eyes when they

were irritated which obviously didn’t help the situation very much.

The Clinique All About Eyes is a lotion or cream that is specifically for eyes to help give moisture to the eyes without being as harsh as a body or face moisturizer because the eye area (especially mine) is very sensitive. It also claims to diminish the dark shadows under the eyes. As an eye moisturizer, this is very good. My eyes are often really dry, especially in the winter time. About a month ago, I got a bad allergic to reaction to some concealer under my eyes and they were really irritated and dry. I needed a good eye moisturizer to help with the disgusting flakes in my undereye area and the Elizabeth Arden cream just wasn’t doing it. I got the Clinique All About Eyes and it started to help immediately. This is my favorite eye cream right now because it works really nicely to moisturize my eyes and doesn’t irritate or stink the eye area. Sometimes, when my eyes are still a little dry, when I finish washing my face, my eye area will start to flake a little which is definitely not attractive at all. I really count on the Clinique All About Eyes to get rid of them and it does. For the most part, I think the moisture really helps, not just short term, for a few hours, but for the whole day.

      It ...

comes in this cute, little, orange jar and the cream is a sort of yellowish white color. The consistency is pretty thick but not too thick that it feels oily on my eyes. I like it because it doesn’t just sink right in and feel like there was no change. It’s pretty thick so there is a lot of moisture in it, and when I apply this to my eyes, the moisture really sinks into my eye area and stays there. I like the jar because it’s really easy to carry around, and I carry this around my purse when my eyes are sometimes dry, just so I don’t have to go around all day with flakes under my eyes.
      Yuck!

The one complaint (which isn’t even that bad) I have is that it doesn’t diminish dark circles like it claims. I never really expected it to that much because none of the eye creams I’ve tried has done that for me. I sleep pretty late every night so my undereyes circles are pretty dark. I didn’t notice a change in my dark circles. However, I like this for the moisture, so unless I find an eye cream that moisturizes well and also helps the dark circles, I’m going to keep buying this eye cream. I think the price is reasonable although I wish it was less expensive. I would recommend this to people who want a good eye cream for moisture.
