Super Smash Bros. Brawl is a very fun and addicting game. I have to admit, after Super Smash Bros.

Melee (for the Gamecube) I thought Nintendo had reached its peak with the series. I didn’t think there was really any way for them to improve.

Then I played Brawl. Brawl is very similar to Melee, only its more like an expansion.

There are many more characters, all new maps,

and more! In addition, the adventure mode has been made a billion times better, considering now it features a storyline and has co-op (meaning you and a friend can work through the levels at the same time fighting together). Playing co-op through the adventure mode really was a lot of fun.

However, that’s far from the best thing with Brawl. The greatest thing about the game, by far, is the ...

      • online play.

It’s simply amazing. A two minute KO fest with four different people around the world.

It’s the kind of stuff that Xbox players have to pay for, but with the Wii, its free to play Brawl (and any other online-enabled game) as much as you want. The only bad thing about online play is the lagging (if your playing with someone who’s internet isn’t as fast as yours,

the game will appear choppy at times).

But many times you will not even notice a lag because you’ll be having so much fun playing. All in all, Super Smash Bros.

Brawl is a fantastic game and I would recommend it to anyone that likes ANY Nintendo game, fighting games, or just fun party games in general. Easily one of the greatest, if not THE greatest game available at the Wii right now!
