This is one of the recipes features in Kris Aquino’s magazine from Chef Anton of Thuk Thai. However, the omelet is so plain and it does not have literally meat in it. I have incorporated my own ingredients to it.

      2 eggs

      3 ml fish sauce

      dash of ground pepper

      2g chicken powder

      3 ml soy sauce

      25g white onions

      5g long green chili

      1/4 kilo ground pork

Simply mix all the ingredients by using wire whisk or fork and then set aside. heat the pan and pour 50g cooking oil and then add the mixture including ground pork. Cook as a usual omelet.

Including ground pork makes the omelet more tasty than the usual bland eggs. Make sure the eggs are well cooked. It is not pleasing ...

      • to have the middle part half cook. Garnish with bell peppers cut lengthwise and coriander leaves with slices of tomatoes. Just don’t manipulate the recipe by excessively incorporating too much ground pork. One friend of mine who loves to eat placed an enormous amount of ground pork, the dish turned out to be like a ground beef saute with eggs on it. He wasn’t
able to form the omelet well and it tasted different already. The beauty of being a Thai dish is stripped from it should this contain excessive ground pork.

This is ideal for breakfast, a little twist for the common breakfast that we have which always be plain salty eggs. This one is little spicy and something unique. I really love the taste.
