      I love beansprouts. This Thai recipe was originally the recipe of Chef Anton of Thuk Thai. This was published in Kris Aquino’s magazine several issues ago when they had featured his restaurant. I tried this at home. I did

      not like beancurd so I have to shove it off whenever I am eating it. This is a very nutritious recipe. Not too heavy and rich in protein.


      250 g beansprouts

      50 g sliced pork ( sliced thinly )

      10 g coriander leaves

      10 g minced garlic

      15 ml light soy sauce

      15 ml light coconut soy sauce

      1 pc beancurd ( sliced intro cubes )

      pork. Summer until pork is cooked. Add light soy sauce, coconut soy sauce and sugar to taste. Put beansprouts, beancurd and coriander leaves. Mix together quickly and serve hot.

      Do not overcook the beancurd nor do not over fry

      it. If the sides are too crispy, the beancurd will loose its taste. It will turn out to be like a sponge. For the beansprouts, it needs to retain its being crisp otherwise the entire recipe will loose its taste.
