      Chicken Pandan is originally a Thai dish. It uses the aromatic benefits of pandan to infiltrate the chicken for a more tender and flavorful feast. In my country, it has been localized though I preferred the original Thai way. Here’s the recipe:

      Ingredients:

      1 kg. Chicken ( make sure every


      part is included, legs, thigh, wings, breast, ribs)

      1/4 cup chili sauce

      1/2 cup oyster sauce

      50 g minced garlic

      50 g coriander leaves

      50 ml light soy sauce

      pandan leaves

        To Cook:

        Deep fry the chicken in corn oil or vegetable oil. Wait till it turns brownish before you take it off from the pan. Serve with sweet soy sauce and garnish with coriander

        leaves and three slices of fresh tomato.

        The technique is to do wrap the chicken with pandan leaves overnight and place it in a tight container before you place it in the fridge so that the aroma of pandan will stick inside and the chicken will be highly concentrated with pandan flavor.
