The Hamilton Beach Wave Station blender in my opinion is excellent. I love to make mixed frozen drinks. The older blenders either burnt out the motor when I added ice or they just plain did not chop the ice up fine enough. With the Wave Station it does exactly what I want it to every time. It has a built on dispenser too, great for making kids drinks. The 10 button settings make it very easy to use. Just push the button for whatever it that you are making and watch it go to work. Cleaning this blender is so easy. There is an inner and outer jars that separate to wash them and it all just screws back to the base. If you are really shopping for a good blender then you should look at this one.
