iPod Touch 2nd GenerationItem: iPod Touch 2nd Generation
iPod touch 2nd Generation is the newest version of the touch screen iPod available. It was released in early 2009. As soon as it came out I traded in my iPod nano for this one. I thought that it would be a valuable upgrade. Though the shiny touch screen, sleek color and new menu format were all fun and exciting at first, I soon realized that the trade wasn’t worth it. The touch comes in 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB. I believe unless you are looking to buy the 32GB, it is not worth it. You can get the Nano in both 8GB and 16GB, do virtually all the same things, and pay a fraction of the iPod touches high price. There are a few bonuses with the touch and that is that you can download a variety of more applications for it, and it has a sleek, high-tech, if you will, appearance. If you’re just looking to listen to some good old music or watch some fun videos, I do not recommend the iPod touch. It is made out to be far more amazing than it is, and is ‘dressed up’ so that they can charge you far more than it is worth. Rating: 4
