I am one of those people out there who are overtly concerned about health than having huge money in a bank. Why?well, because of the skyrocketing prices and healthy insurance packages, on top of that I have no independent health insurance other than the healthy insurance provided by the government which never guarantees health services in our country.
So what I am doing right now is be very vigilant to the food and beverages I am taking. One of these health precautionary measures I am currently doing is patronizing cooking oil with a very lowest saturated fat contents. Just three weeks ago I kept researching for the best brand and my research brought me to the information of Susan Baker Canola oil with Rapeseed. After reading all its nutritional facts I was convinced that this is the perfect cooking oil I have been looking with respect to health issues. Susan Baker Canola oil is not greasy or creamy, its oil content is just right for the food I am cooking with no residue of super oily feeling, I loved the taste and it has an almost no odor of an oil at all, odor that I hated because it made my stomach turn into knots when I smell the oily odor or flavor, but with Susan Baker Canola oil, the scent is almost none. It rightfully blend to the mixture of food I am cooking and it has no greasy effect even when I cooked a scrambled egg. I never felt any foul or smelly odor of a buttery stuff which I resented often in any cooking oil. Canola oi with Rapeseed is very good in digestion and over all health because Rapeseed is very high in antioxidants which guarded internal body system from cardiovascular disorder and help prevents premature aging, which I feared most. Another thing that I like about Susan Baker Canola oil is its very clear texture that even if I used the oil again in my next recipe, it won’t affect its taste and color. I am always concerned with my over all health since I came from a family with a hypertension history and high blood pressure and stroke run in the family, so I am more careful of my food intake, but with Susan Baker Canola oil with Rapeseed, my mind is at peace knowing that I am still in a superior health condition even when I am eating fried foods.
