Recently, my weight has been gradually diminishing. I weighed lesser than a hundred pounds which was really alarming. Given my poor state, I always fall ill of sickness every now and then. My rail thin physique and my undeniable prevalence to diseases made my mom so worried. My mom was fretting over it and bought me a formulated milk called Appeton weight gain which was suppose to normalize my inadequate body mass.

I hate starving my self and though I tend to have a bountiful appetite, my weight stays the same. I’ve been skinny ever since and I got tired of annoying people commenting on what they consider as a ‘weight issue.’ To please my moms woes, I promptly drink a glass of this milk following the instructions. I drink twice or tree times daily an hour after every meal. The milk doesn’t really taste weird, eventually you’ll get used to it. I feel that I seem to have more reserved energy which enables me to engage in a lot of daily activities throughout the day. At some extent, I choose not to drink the milk before sleeping because I find it difficult to sleep.

This formulated milk is expensive and one tin can (900 g) will only last a week! But it can be readily found at drugstores. I check my weight everyday with a bathroom scale, yet my weight stays stagnant. After a month, I only gained 2 kgs or almost 5 pounds. I pursued taking the milk for another month but I never got bigger since then. I failed to reach my goal of achieving a normal body mass index.

Appeton works by increasing the amount of absorption in the body. The milk says to contain specialized types of proteins that enhances the rate of absorption for nutrients during the process of digestion. But the fact that I only gained 2 kilos after 2 months doesn’t say a lot. I feel slightly disappointed.

In a way, this milk brought me to a better sense of consciousness regarding my health. I learned now to have a balanced diet, physical exercise coupled with ample rests which really make me more resistant against illness. I still rate this product 6 out of 10 because I felt healthier while drinking the milk minus the price.
