Terrence McGee

The Buffalo Bills seem to be fighting back this season but have to be concerned about an injury to starting cornerback Terrence McGee.
McGee isn’t a name you are going to hear mentioned among the league’s top corners. But, that probably has more to do with where he plays than anything. Overall, he’s a solid player who is a big reason why, even as they have struggled in some contests, the Bills defense is among the best against the pass.
He is having surgery during the bye week and isn’t expected to miss any time. But, you never really know with things like that. And, if he does miss time, it will be very bad news for a Bills team that is already lacking depth at that position. However, there’s the possibility this will end up being a very good thing for the Bills considering he’s been playing hurt for some time now.
Him missing time actually would be a bit of a surprise. The 29-year-old has been pretty reliable as a player throughout his career, playing in 97 of a possible 104 games. It’s just too bad he’s not considered a top player simply because he plays for a team that doesn’t know how to win and doesn’t play in a top market.
