When downloading video content onto your PC such as .avi files, wouldn’t it be great to watch these files on your TV rather than being restricted to your PC.

The WDTV is small and compact in design and allows connection by usual SCART and even has a HDMI connection for HD!

You can attach the majority of USB drives to the device so that you can view hundreds of files, the only limitation being the size of the disk.

Output Quality is superb especially over HDMI.

I have been using the Western Digital Media Player for about 6 months and I would say this is the best way to watch downloaded content on your television. You can attach the majority of usb disk drives to the device so ease of use from the PC to the TV is very simple. The only downside is that when re-attaching the disk drive it sometimes it takes a few attempts to turn the device back on. You can connect using the usual scart and also hdmi, a very handy little device.
