The hotel is tucked within the heart of the city. Location is perfect for tourists who want an enjoyable vacation. Shopping and entertainments strips are walking distance. A lot of restaurant choices are also available.
The hotel crew were hospitable and accommodating. The front desk was efficient. It took me not more than 20mins at the registration. The bell boy who ushered me to my room gave me sneak peek of the must see places in the area. Room service was prompt and always had a sincere smile on their faces. The rooms were nice and had a modern interior. It was big enough and dusts free. Sheets and curtains were also spotless. The facilities are all in good condition - TV, lamps and air condition. I loved how the bath tub was tilted in an elevated platform inside the bathroom. It had a unique style. Food was superb. I forgot about my promise of keeping my diet the minute I saw the long list of international cuisines on the menu. I loved the taste of tropical drink selections that they served. The waiters delivered food on time and were accommodating enough to help me out with my food choices every time I dine. The amenities were complete and of quality. The fitness center was huge and had some modern exercise equipments. The spa was distinct. I have never seen such huge and uniquely designed in other hotels. The staff new the right conversation to open to relax guests. I also loved the scent of the local oils they were using when I asked for a massage. The hotel is perfect for a tourist vacation. The rates are a bit high but the high end service and facilities gives justice to every cent of investment. Rating: 8
