The hotel is an hour drive from the airport. So to avoid hassle, I arranged for airport transfer early on. What’s good about the location is it is standing in the middle of city’s activities. Mall strip is just around the corner. Across the street are some good restaurants. Historical landmarks are also nearby.
The room is average in size. it had a modern touch and facilities are in good condition. There were a lot of in-house movie choices which guests could enjoy. WIFI was strong so I had no problem in sending some emails. The sheets and bathroom were clean and spotless.
The hotel crew were all accommodating. I got disappointed though with the registration. I had to wait for the arrangements for so long when my body was already looking for rest from the long drive. The front desk sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. The bell boy immediately ushered me to my room and uplifted my mood with some small talk. Housekeeping was efficient and courteous. The food was delectable. There were a lot of choices from local to international cuisines. I enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast. Eggs were cooked by the in house chef depending on your request, wide range of jam and bread choices ad drinks was perfect for the hot weather. Waiters responded quick with customer requests. The amenities were complete and modern. the gym was huge with up to date work out facilities. The spa offered the best relaxation treat to guests. They also had in-house laundry service who was very prompt. All my clothes were picked up and delivered on time. The hotel is excellent. The rates are definitely high but service is world class anyway. Rates are justified. Rating: 8
