I have been to a few locations of this retail chain in North America, and the Canadian stores are a lot more expensive. The prices aside, the merchandise is a mix of furniture and accessories for every room in your house. My favourite section is the bathroom accessories area, because this is where my taste is perfectly showcased. I love simple, clean lines and modern styles. The toilet paper holders, towel bars, faucets and shower heads at this store have several styles and materials, and lots of brushed nickel options, which I have in my bathrooms. The bathroom furniture, such as cabinets, is gorgeous, and I have my eye on a dark wood one, if I can save up the $300. There are towels in every colour as well, and soap dispensers and soap holders in every style you can imagine. The furniture sold here is for all rooms. The bedroom furniture includes gorgeous bed frames, side tables and armoires, as well as bed linens and duvets in modern colours and fabrics. The living room furniture
includes love seats, chairs and tables in the simple lines that I love, and since I am keen on dark wood, I find that I love pretty much all of the furniture. In the Restoration Hardware store in Seattle that I have visited, there is artwork available for sale, but in this location, there are frames and a few small framed prints, but no large artwork. There are several styles of mirrors, and there was one I fell in love with. The bedding is gorgeous and there are several hard to find colours (there was a burnt orange colour duvet with burnt orange and tan and brown striped sheets and pillows that I almost splurged and purchased). The displays make it very hard to walk by without stopping and studying them and this store is impeccably designed and maintained. There were three employees working every time I have visited this store. They are helpful and knowledgeable, and they will look items up for availability if this store doesn’t have an item that you want. The store also has
hardwood floors, which makes the displays look great.

I wish the prices at Restoration Hardware were lower, but for people that have some money to spend, this is a great place to look for items for your home. For people that don’t have a lot of money, it is fun to window shop and even to get some ideas for decorating your home. I always stop and take the time to browse in this retailer any time I see a store.
