I had accumulated quite a few Airmiles points, so I decided to check out what some of my options for rewards were. I had been unable to get any rest, even while wearing my iPod headphones, not just because of the noise that I could still hear, but because the headphones are just not comfortable to sleep with. I don’t mind them when I am working out or running, but trying to rest just doesn’t work. I also was tired of constantly losing the small ear bud covers, so I decided to redeem 3,000 points and order this item. (They are about $250 to purchase from a store). I unwrapped them and tried them out with my iPod, and all I can say is, what a difference. I didn’t have a lot of complaints about my existing headphones until I tried these Bose ones. Let’s just say that all of a sudden, I could hear every instrument in my music. It was almost as good as my high-end home stereo. It was a delight to listen to music, and it made the workout go quickly. As well, I wasn’t constantly having to put the ear buds back into my ears as they fell out or to try to make them comfortable. I doubt now that I will ever go back to ear buds, or use any other headphones. I also tried them out on my home stereo, and the sound
was incredibly life-like, I truly felt like I was in the same room as the musicians.

My first travel experience with these headphones was equally impressive. I did manage to sleep a bit, because the sound was significantly reduced, even while not listening to anything else. The movie was also better because the outside noise is reduced so much that I could not hear it at all, even when my chatty seat partner talked non-stop. Even if I only used these headphones for travelling, it would be worth it. I love the comfort as well, and they make me feel as if I am not wearing anything, and I do not have to worry about them falling out.

Bose Quiet Comfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones are wonderful. They practically eliminate outside noise, make what you are listening to crystal clear and pure, and fit comfortably on your ears. I love them.
