Even though I like to mess around with laptops, the one thing that I need is a great pair of speakers so I can listen to the thing I’m doing on the internet. I had the factory speakers that were built into my laptop and I also had a few computer speakers downstairs in my basement but I never used them because they weren’t of quality. I went on Newegg and found some Longitech speakers that were 70 watts which were perfect for what I was looking for. I didn’t need anything over powering and I didn’t want anything that wasn’t worth listening to.

There were good and bad when it came to the Longitech x-540 70 watts 5.1 speakers. And that is there were so many speakers that I ran out of places to put them. Other than thatI love the Longitech speakers.I think they are one of the best pair of speakers around, as far as computer speakers is considered. I’m into watching movies on my computer so I am always looking for that surround sound theatre affect and that’s what I get with the Longitech speakers. They keep me surrounded with sound at all times. The sub woofer can get a little irritating at times and become a bit to loud whenever I have bass in my sounds but other than that they are some pretty cool speakers.

The only real tech issue I have with these speakers is that I can’t turn them up to the loudest degree. Whenever I try all I get is distortion. So they aren’t best in quality but they are way better than some of the cheap ones. I’ve tried.
