Aside from its distance from the airport, the location is perfect. Shopping strips are a few blocks a way. A little stroll would be enjoyable due surroundings is quiet safe. Exploring wouldn’t be a problem either since it is near most of the tourist spots.
I was pissed with the registration because they cannot locate my reservation. I had to call my agent who wasn’t able to resolve the problem either. It was a major hassle especially I really wanted to rest after the long drive from the airport. The front desk apologized for the inconvenience. The bell boy, probably wanting to lighten the mood, engaged in a small talk with me. He was prompt. The room was huge and inspired by modern design. The combination of black and white made it look professional and yet cozy. The facilities were working well. WIFI connection was strong. I was often watching some in-house movies available for guests to enjoy. Sheets and bathroom were dust free and spotless. The towels smelled fresh. The food was superb. Italian and Asian specialties are all present on the menu. The restaurant was huge and elegant. Chandeliers were used to add accent. Customer service was as good as the food. Spa had world class facilities. You could choose from ordinary, Thai or other massage methods like using heated stones. I usually relax in there after a long day of shopping and tour. Business unit at the lobby was complete with equipments so I had no problem getting in touch with the office once in a while. The hotel was good for vacation. With all the recreational activities available, you would consider staying inside the rest of the day. However they need to over see reservations better to avoid causing inconvenience to customers.
