I had Zimmerman’s Automotive referred to me by a friend as it seemed like a trusted family business that had been around the area for many years. It was located only a short distance from my home which made it convenient trying to find a ride. I took my 2000 Ford Expedition in for a vehicle inspection and oil and filter change in fall of 2009. It was quite easy to make my appointment over the phone. They were able to work me in for an appointment that fit my schedule and were able to take all of my info over the phone since I was a first-time customer with them. All I had to do was park my car in the evening and use their drop box for my car keys. Convenient and great for my schedule as I was late coming back from work. They called me in early afternoon of the next day to tell me that they were already done with the inspection and oil and filter change. It had passed inspection and they didn’t try to tell me that there were multitudes of things wrong with my car like my other less-than-honest repair shop had tried to tell me. They just did the work and charged me a reasonable price for it. Overall, I would definitely recommend using them. They are polite and easy to deal with and have fair prices and quick service.
