Us Fidelis Auto Insurance is a company that offers you an extended warrenty on your car. I noticed a bunch of commericals playing around on the tev not so long ago and wondered why thay were about. My car was less than 10 years old, actualy it was nearly brand new, My husband had told me that there was no reason to get this extended warrenty because more than likely nothing is going to happen.
Of course I went ahead and checked them out anyway. I bought out a warrenty policy for that “just in case.”But once I bought it I finally uderstood what my husband was talking about. IF my transmission fails then they are suppose to pay for it no matter how much they charge me a month on my policy. But I figured if I could just save up that money my self then Iwouldn’t be giving it to a company to do it for me. I did like their customer service, they were nice and friendly and they helped me out alot. Another thing I liked was the prices. They weren’t overly expensive and they made it easy for you to buy out a policy. But on the other hand I belive soley that Us Fidelis is just a big bust. This is a company that is taking advantage of people who rely on their car warrenties. I feel secure when it comes to my car warrenty so with another car offering some type of extension would do nothing more but make me want to spend money with them. While being a customer with Us Fidelis, I didn’t feel secure at all. So I opted out and moved on. Rating: 3
