My husband and I decided to buy some insurance for our home and Progressive was our First stop. The reason why we chose Progressive was because they allowed us to create our own insurance policy. Whatever was affordable to us was what we were suppose to pay. That is what we were told but once we got on the phone with the customer service rep, we realized that that was the furthest thing from the truth.

We went around in circles with Progressive Insurance because first and foremost we weren’t catering to my needs. I wasn’t trying to spend tons of money on Insurance and during this hard time in my life, I wasn’t interested in arguing with someone about what I could spend. With Progressive it became more of a debate than a conversation and questionaire.

I ended up finding another insurance company that was much lower in price and affordable. Im not saying that progressive is a bad company, it’s just not something I want. They claim to be affordable not as high as other companies but when it all boils down to it, they run just about the same as all the other ones.
