Since language is definitely a problem when you are doing business in China, I have to plan how to address the issue on transportation while I am there. Car rental is one of those business of today which afford you convenience and peace of mind in terms of transportation problems. While I was there before, taking a cab is a huge disaster especially if you cannot speak their own dialect. That is why I searched for some car rental services in order to spare me from this experience again.

I have tried ShangCar. I checked them online to get to know about this car rental company. I have emailed them about my reservation and they responded in no time. Since there is no reservation form online where you can use your credit card for booking, they arranged how I can pay my reservation. It was a very convenient way to give your customers options on how to address this kind of issue. I like their customer service skills because they were prompt, the personnel whom I talked to when I called them was smart and knows how to speak english and they will really give you options for you to have expedience. The driver that was assigned to me was also very good and kind. He was patient but not quite chatty, I suppose it is because he does not know how to speak english well.

The prices were affordable. I got a VW Passat for only 550 RMB a day. The sedan was very clean and new. The exterior was clean and newly polished too.The overtime charge was reasonable too. It would costs you extra 30 RMB every hour of delay. The daily rate though is exclusive of whatever toll fee that you need to pay, parking fee and extra mileage. What is included is the
driver’s salary and the gasoline.

They also offer monthly rate if you plan to stay longer. For group tours, they have mini buses and vans. I love this car rental company because of their great deals and great customer service.
