Clairol Nice ‘N Easy Permanent ColourItem: Clairol Nice ‘N Easy Permanent Colour
Sometimes, new and improved does not necessarily mean better, and sometimes, going back to the basic, old, proven product is the best thing you can do. This is true for me with at-home hair colour kits. I have tried many brands, some that have better scents, shorter application times, new-fangled colours and ingredients, and guess what? The product that works best for me has been around forever; I am positive that my mother and her generation used Clairol Nice ‘N Easy, and although I have tried all the new technology in hair colour, I am decidedly a loyal Nice ‘N Easy user. The fact is, it is the only product that consistently works for me, so I will no longer be trying all the others, only to be disappointed.
I do not enjoy colouring my hair at home-it is more like a duty than a pleasure, to be sure. Even when I only leave the colour on for about 30 minutes, the entire process is stinky, time-consuming and the results are not always what I am As per usual, I applied the colour and waited about 30 minutes. I was tempted to leave it on longer, given my recent experiences when the colour didn’t take at all, but I went back to what I knew and left it on for the usual time. After the Rating: 9
