Fitness FirstItem: Fitness First
There are only three worth competing fitness centers in the Philippines and Fitness First is one of them. I started my membership with Fitness First in July 2007. Back then, I knew I wasn’t physically fit as I tire easily and so in an eventful afternoon, I went to the branch in Wynsum Plaza, Emerald Avenue and paid them a visit.
Since then, there was no looking back. Being a member with Fitness First is rewarding. Aside from the branch new equipments and machines, the ambiance is very cozy. In fact, it is sometimes so cozy that I would just want to cuddle up in one of the couches and sleep. Fitness First provides different work outs every day. If I don’t feel like working on my muscles, I’d join their Yoga class or Group Exercise. I’m also burning out the calories just the same. Some machines have even automatic counter lest I forget how many repetitions I have already done, very convenient and practical to say the least. They also provide unlimited sodas and coffee for their members and most of the branches have two computers with internet access. Surfing the net is a great way to let my body recover. The instructors and the staffs are very helpful as well. The trainers will from time to time offer free advice to me and assist me in lifting the weights. Although, I would say that their Personal Training session is quite expensive. At the very least, the package is worth Ps. 8,000.00. What I like best about them is they offer free passes which I can give to my friends to join me for free workouts. I have used the passes for my friends several times already. It’s actually a good marketing gimmick. Rating: 9
