This wireless device will also tell you the time. It tells you the date andthe indoor temperature as well as the outdoor temperature. I think there are many weather devices that will tell you the same things but this Lacrosse device is one of the best ones for the money.

You need a total of four batteries for this device. Two of the batteries control the indoor portion of this device and two of them control the outdoor portion of it. This device has worked well for quite sometime. We have had a problem recently however, with the outdoor portion of the device. It has malfunctioned and does not seem to tell the outdoor temperature any longer. The battery replacement does not seem to make a difference in whether or not the device function.

The manual that comes with this device gives you comprehensive instructions about the setting of the device including the clock and all the other functions of the device. I like this wireless radio controlled temperature station and for the price retails anywhere from 29 to 34 dollars it is a useful thing to have. It is nice to have a daily report on the weather forecast and to know what the temperature is before going outside for the day. I recommend the La Crosse WS-7215U. With proper maintenance you should be able to use it for years to come.
