Clear Care contact lens solution is without a doubt the best contact solution I have ever used. I was inspired to purchase a bottle after many of my customers at a store I worked at purchased the product. Unlike most contact lens solutions, it does not come with a common plastic storage container. Instead, it comes with its own special case that, when the solution is poured in, creates a chemical reaction that cleans and moisturizes your lenses thoroughly. You can literally hear the product cleaning, as it lightly whistles for about ten minutes after you store away your lenses. The box claims it takes six hours for the solution to neutralize; however, I have put in my lenses several times with less sleep than that (four and a half hours minimum) and my eyes have not been hurt. As long as you do not abuse this product, there are no downsides to it. I say this because some people like to squirt their solution into their eye, and if you do this with clear care, you will be in excruciating pain. I tried this and I had a red eye for the rest of my day. This product is also pricier than most, especially generic solution, and it takes more solution to clean the lenses. Regardless of these monetary drawbacks, having moisturized lenses all day long makes clear care worth every additional penny I spend.
