Have you ever heard the saying one phone call is all it takes to make a difference? Well, I watched Phone Booth before and this pretty much sums up what I just said. Watching this movie before, after the show had ended, I thought that it is pretty much a very good movie and the actors are brilliant too. Let’s see. You have Colin Farrell and he’s so handsome, the ever mysterious gun-man caller acted by Kiefer Sutherland and his acting sort of overshadowed a bit on Colin. But the storyline is very refreshing nevertheless. There is also a small performance by Katie Holmes and to be honest, I was a bit surprised as to why she is the chosen one for her role. I might go along the lines of perhaps Cameron Diaz or Julia Roberts. Anyway, Katie’s acting isn’t that bad too and as the story delivers and Colin’s character, Stu receives that 1 infamous phone call by Kiefer’s character and from then on, the story progresses cool and well. Joel Schumacher is the Director and he has definitely done such a really good job. I give this a rating of 9. Rating: 9
