I had throat infection last week associated with nasal stuffiness, hard, productive cough with yellowish expectorate and chills. The throat pain was a little bit too much to the point that I could not eat solid foods. The only foods that can tolerate were warm soups and fruit juices.
Looking through the stock of sample medications the medical representatives gave me, I was able to spot Xelent Cefaclor 500mg capsule and I was very glad because luckily I was able to accumulate 14 capsule which means I had my full course covered, and I don’t need to spend a single peso to buy my medications for my throat infection. And so I took Xelent Cefaclor 500mg capsule two times a day. After the second day of regular intake of Xelent, I was able to notice that the throat pain had already subsided and the cough and colds became lesser in intensity. I was no longer having any chills. And so I continued taking it. Now, I am already in my fifth day of taking this medication, and I plan to take it for two days to complete the course. So far the only adverse effects I am having is stool softening and a more frequent bowel movement, about thrice a day. However it is tolerable. I am not having any abdominal pains. Rating: 9
