The Looney Tunes Bugs Bunny Snow Cone Maker is a bright orange color and has a neat Bugs Bunny design at the side. It looks bright and playful, and it’s attractive and cheery, which is just perfect for setting the mood for a treat.

Using the product is super simple, and in all honesty, there are a couple of ways to use it, one being per the directions and the other being the spontaneous method that I tend to do. My method is as follows. Just place the plastic cup at the center of the platform, beneath the opening. Then put some ice in the designated space. Put the orange dome back and on top, twisting it securely shut. Then just use old fashioned hand power to crank the ice, crushing it into tiny shivers of ice. After that, it’s just a matter of pouring the shaved ice into a snow cone cup, or even just a regular cup, adding the syrup of choice, and eating.

Now the instructions actually say to fill the freezer cups provided with water and let it freeze. You then use the frozen ice, placing it into the designated area (where I’d just dropped in ice) and crushing it into the snow cone pieces.

One of the neat things about this method is that if you prefer, you can freeze most any liquid so that you don’t need any of the flavored juices at all. You can just use orange juice or cola or whatever beverage appeals to you.

The cups and syrups can all be purchased separately, but the original kit does come with a starter pack of favorite flavors and paper cups.

The Looney Tunes Bugs Bunny Snow Cone Maker can be used by children under the supervision of adults or responsible older children. It’s really a great way for the kids to make a cool treat in the summertime. I love it.
