When Deep Blue H1 came out boasting of its 40GB disk capacity, my husband did not hesitate to buy one for me. It is more cheaper compared to ASUS EEE PC with a disk capacity of only 4GB.
It’s size is so small with a dimension of 244 x 172 x 28.5 mm. It is an easy handy unit that weighs 1.2 kg. And since it’s small you can easily put it inside your hand bag while strolling the mall. The battery life will last for about 4 hours and I think that is one of the most great feature of this unit. It has Card reader, Web camera, Touch pad with left & right buttons and is also Wifi ready. Compared to other notebook computer the screen of Deep Blue H1 is a little bit turn off. It’s 7.0-inch Wide TFT, WXGA (800×480) only and sometimes there are sites that doesn’t fit the screens dimension. The processor is not from Intel so don’t expect an Intel Sticker outside. Speed is not fast, but it’s neither slow so don’t expect too much. Speed is tolerable anyway. This kind of PC is good for students who usually use it for typing school papers, research projects and checking mails. So if you are looking for a laptop for you daughter or son, you may consider this unit. Affordability wise it’s much cheaper compared to other notebook computers. Rating: 8
