Save-A-Lot is a discount grocery store and they have many inexpensive merchandise. They are located in Taft, Ca on the corner of 6th street and Finley Drive. They carry mostly their brand name products as well as some other national brands. They carry mostly food as well as other non-food items. They are a great grocery store, if you’re on a tight budget. For example, you can buy a box of frozen pancakes for $1.10, compared to a premium store, where you can wind up paying at least $4.00. Although they have affordable groceries, there customer service isn’t that great. The cashier’s seem to have bad attitudes, whenever I go in to the store. Such as this one cashier threw my eggs into my shopping cart, and on another occasion the same cashier threw my cat food right on the floor. There isn’t any reason why the cashier is doing this, to me. I heard stories from other people, that she does this often. A friend of mine said that she yelled at him for buying 3 packages of toilet paper. She must always be in a bad mood.

In my opinion, this store has great prices, but very bad cashiers.
