Dearlea garlic spray is cold pressed from fresh garlic and is similar to a cooking spray. It contains soya oil and 8 spritzs of the bottle equal 1 clove of garlice.
I love this stuff!
It is tasty and stops food from sticking and was’n't expensive to buy.
From a nutrition perspective a whole tbsp only contains 15 calories with 1.5g of fat so this is going to be something I keep in the refridgerator often.
I’m not sure if they sell other products but I find myself now cooking with this at nearly every meal.
It’s listed as being great on pizza pans, grills and skillets as well as using on salads, veggies, poultry and seafood. It suggests you use in dressings and sauces.
We’ve used it on everything we would use garlic in and it’s wonderful and fresh tasting.
