I sometimes have difficulty sleeping and will take Tylenol or acetaminophen as a method of relaxation. It can also be used of course as method for headache control or relief of other body aches and pains. I think that Tylenol is beneficial if taken in small amounts because it does aid relaxation. Taking it 30 minutes before bedtime is helpful to a getting a good night’s rest.
I learned a long time ago that as long as your pain reliever contains aspirin or acetaminophen as an active ingredient it does not matter what brand you buy. I know other’s will differ with me, but I have usually bought generic pain relievers because I think that in other cases you are just paying for a name i.e. Excedin, Tyenol etc. I think this Dollar General Brand compares favorably with Tylenol. I have taken both and find this pain reliever to be quite effective. Dollar General non aspirin is a fraction of the cost of Tylenol it is two dollars per bottle for 100 caps as opposed to four dollars for regular Tylenol brand acetaminophen. I think if you are suffering from headache pain or some minor sleep difficulty you should investigate Dollar General’s Pain Relief Acetaminophen. Rating: 8
