Although the comercial says that Vanish makes the stains vanish and that it won’t ruin your clothes and it recommands adding a dozage of Vanish each time you wash your clothes in the washing machine I can tell you immediatelly that this is not completly true.
VAnish is really good against the stains and it really removes the stains, I agree with that but it dameges your clothes, after a few washings with vanish the clothes becomes much easier to rip and tear a part. I was always thinking that it won’t damage my clothes because the commerical said so and I used to put it everywhere, my mother was agains that and she didn’t want Vanish near her clothes and now I must say that she was right. I had to throw away a lot of clothes.
Now ad add Vanish only when something has a big stain and I try to take that part of my clothes off immediatelly and I immediatly put some water and Vanish on it and I wash that stain on hands, than I rinse it with wather and just then I put it in the washing machine, without Vanish, of course.
The commercial campaign for this product is really great and I doubt there’s a person who has never heard about Vanish and the pink power, but I guess we don’t have to believe everything we hear.
