Swedish thriller about the decorated officer Carl Hamilton who is called in to the headquarters to be questioned about his political views. Apparantly his superiors have reason to think he’s somehow connected with communism, which does not suit the swedish government. Hamilton denies this, but the interrogrators will not give in.
This is an excellent political thriller and perhaps even the most successful film about the “swedish James Bond” Carl Hamilton. Stellan Skarsgard is perfect in the leading role.
