When you made the decision to take the metal tin out of your banquet pot pies and use another microwavable container for your pot pies, did anyone ever test what the microwavable tin does to the pot pies when you put them into the oven?? Since this change, when using the oven to cook(which I have done since I was a child)the top of the pot pies burn easily and the inside of them are dry.The mosture is gone!! They are not tasty anymore. I have cut the time cooking them in the oven by 7 minutes trying to make my pot pie taste like it did two months ago when having my last pot pie.
I do have a solution for this situation, bring back the metal tins and box them up for cooking pot pies. Make another box that says microwavable only pot pies and put the microwavable tin on those pot pies and sell seperatley.
I want to continue to buy pot pies from you but that tin seriously is a mistake that not only I have noticed. It’s amazing when talking to a friend and complaining and hearing that they feel the same way I do is unbeleivable. I have been a customer of yours for over 37 years now and I can honestly say that if all I see at the supermarket is microwavable in 4minutes knowing the tin is terrible, I will pass on it and go to the two other choices I have that are not microwavable. Paying that extra is not something I do but will.
