We live close to Atlantic City New Jersey and we take the bus trips that are offered by the casinos to Atlantic City to visit different casinos. Each day of the week a different casino offers trips in which you pay a nominal fee of twenty dollars and they give you a food voucher and a voucher for the twenty dollars to spend at the casino when you arrive. In March we went to the Showboat Casino, Boardwalk, Atlantic City. Although this casino was a little bit less expensive to stay the night in, we usually do not stay just get on the bus and come home unless of course we are winning, however I found that the slots in this Casino were really stingy. They did offer a lot of shows, and the food was okay. The service could have been better. The Showboat casino had more slot machines than I saw anywhere else it was as if the whole place was dedicated to slot machines.

I know that a lot of people enjoy just the slot machines, however I like to play other games like black jack or texas hold em, and this was not one of my favorite casinos. I have been to better ones. We may go back to this one since we like to wander around the boardwalk and drift in and out of casinos as we go and enjoy the ocean breezes.
