“The Most Extreme”, on Animal Planet, is a show you can watch with your kids, because it will fascinate and educate both adults and children. Every episode deals with certain special characteristics animals have and they narrow it down to a list of ten animals that exhibit the strongest of these traits. For example, the show may focus on which animals are the top 10 fastest or the top 10 weirdest parents or the top 10 highest jumpers or the top 10 deadliest, etc. “The Most Extreme” employs a lot of graphics and compares the extreme animal traits to those of humans, even speculating on how we would have to adapt physically to have the same qualities. I have learned many things I never knew about the animal kingdom and learned about creatures I never even realized existed at all. There are intriguing animals in the air, on land, underground and under the sea that I would venture to say most of us are not familiar with. All you can do is just wonder at all the awesome things God made! This is one of the few shows my husband doesn’t mind watching with me. “The Most Extreme” is one of Animal Planet’s best shows and I believe anyone can benefit from watching.
