Pam Cooking Spray Item: PAM Cooking Spray Location: by robsmom I like to cook at home and am always worried about the health and well being of my family. I don’t like to use a lot of oil when I fry items, and I try to avoid frying most of the time anyway. But there are certain foods that just have to be fried, like pork chops. When I chooose to fry something I use PAM as a spray cooking oil. It leaves a shield upon the frying pan so that your food won’t stick. It is a healthy alternative to the oil, you don’t have to use a lot to get the pan coated and ir works well with the food that I cook. I also like the price, I am so price conscious that I look for bargains all the time. This product cost around $1.,50 a can and I can use it for almost two months before I have to buy another one. If I were using a cooking oil, I would be spending four times as much money to cook the same food for the two month period. I am saving money and using a product that has been proven healthy for my family I would recommend the purchase of this product. YOu can find it in your local grocery store and if you look in the papers there are coupons for ten to twenty five cents off occasionally. I feel that it is a good product.
