As a mom, I must always provide variety to my son’s snacks. So whenever I go to the grocery I pick out new cookies from time to time. One time I got a pack of Chunkee Chewy Peanut Butter Choco Chip. This is relatively more expensive than the other local brands here in the Philippines. Anyway, I tried it and I instantly loved it. It tasted like real peanut butter. The only difference was they were cookies. The chocolate chips added to its flavor and just made the blend right. It now had the creamy flavor of the peanut butter. It also had the bittersweet flavor of the chocolate chips. I was so excited to share it with my son and everyone else at home. All of them liked it and it has been a favorite since. It’s really not a wonder since the quality of the cookies is comparable to the imported brands. It’s chewy instead of being hard like other local brands. The taste is superb. I especially like it because it goes well with my favorite coffee or my favorite tea. It’s a great mid morning or afternoon snacks. It’s too bad that the grocery near our home does not have it in stock all the time. But whenever they have it, I almost literally grab a pack right away. I just crave for Chunkee Chewy Peanut Butter Choco Chip cookies whenever we don’t have some at home.
