The vornado desktop fan is certainly the best fan you can get for your money. When you see how small it is you think it can possibly do the job. Wrong, it does even more. When they first came out they ran up to $80, but you can get one at qvc for around $40.00. They come in 3 speeds and are so quiet you barely know you have it on.You will be even more surprised when you see that it cools off a room better than an air conditioner. It is so lightweight, you cant believe a little think like this can do such a big job and a great job at that. Vornado is the only brand oscillating fan I would even buy. I keep one on at night in the bedroom after I shut off the air conditioning and you would think I still have the air conditioning on .It works so great. It barely weighs 5 pounds, and its the quietest fan I even seen and thats on high speed. It certainly is worth the money. You really dont even need an air conditioner when you purchase a vornadol.
