I cannot say enough good about Aflac Insurance!! My husband and I, each, have an Accident Policy and a Cancer Policy with Aflac. First off, the premiums are only $25.00 per policy per month. That is very cheap for a supplemental insurance, that pays as good as Aflac and makes its payments directly to you and not the Doctor! Their service is easy, fast and very efficient. They are very helpful on the phones and are always polite, no matter what you ask. They have your history, easily accessable on the phone or on the computer. You can go online to file reports of your accidents or you can have your Doctor file the reports for you. I have NEVER had a hassle in any way from Aflac. You go to the Doctor for an accident, whether it is a Chiropractor, Eye, Family Doctor, whatever…and Aflac pays us $120.00 for the first Doctor visit of each accident you have. Then, they pay $35.00 on each followup visit on each incident. It is amazing how quick you get your
reimbursement from them. This is an example: If we go to the Chiropractor because our lower back went out due to working in the garden…we make our appointment, pay our Chiropractor $35.00 for our initial visit (which Aflac pays us $120.00 on)!! Then we have maybe a couple followup visits which cost us $35.00 each (Aflac pays $35.00 per followup up to like a limit of 5 visits)! How much better can it get! And, Aflac does not limit you on the number of accidents you have….of course, they have to be legitimate accidents, but, if you are one of those unlucky souls who have such bad luck that you are accident prone, this is the Accident Insurance Policy you want to have!!! If you ended up at the Doctors office multi times in one day, Aflac does not hassle you, you just have the Doctor submit your forms (or you can fax them) and check the mailbox in a week or so and you will be paid for each accident, no problem!!! I have tons of friends and acquaintances that are with Aflac
and I have NEVER heard of one complaint with them. Oh, and on each of these policies…get this!!….they have an Annual Preventitive Health Benefit….for example: If I get an exam (ie: mammogram, pap, etc…), I file a report that tells them where and when I had the exam (that’s it) and Aflac will send me a payment $75.00 once a year. They will do the same on my husband’s policy. And, because we have their Cancer Policy we get an Annual Preventitive on that policy, but, because we live in the same household, that policy will pay on only one of us. But, that is still another payment (and I think it is in the amount of $60.00) on a preventitive exam! This is a phenomenal company to work with. If I liked selling insurance, I would work for Aflac, but, I don’t want to sell insurance. I do like having them work for me though!
