I recently purchased Mineral Ice Topical Analgesic Pain Relieving Gel due to having regular pain in my neck and back. I am constantly searching for a product that will provide maximum relief and while out shopping I saw this product and due to the extremely reasonable price I decided to give it a try. I was skeptical at first, due to the low price of the product. I tried it as soon as I arrived at home and to my surprise, I felt a significant amount of relief from the pain.

I like that Mineral Ice is not greasy. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a layer on my skin that will get on my clothes, which is big factor due to have to apply it to areas that are covered by clothing. What I also like about this pain reliever is that it provides a cooling relief from pain. I have tried ones that provide both cooling and heat and ones that provide just heat, but I prefer just cooling pain relief and this product does a superb job in that area.

Mineral Ice does have a fairly strong menthol smell, but it does fade after a short while. It is also a little bit slippery and I had to be careful that it didn’t run off my hand before I got it applied to the affected area. I also noticed that I had to wash my hand several times to get the smell off of them. However, the positive effects of the product outweigh these few negative ones.

I also noticed that Mineral Ice seems to be fairly concentrated so it only requires a small amount to achieve relief from pain. Also, I didn’t have to massage it into my skin as is sometimes the case with this type of product. The effect lasted for longer than I expected, so I didn’t need to apply it as many times a day as I have had to with other products.

One last note, this product is sold online at many sites, often cheaper than at the store and this is a motivating factor for me because I do much of my shopping online. All in all this is a good product at a very good price and I will continue to use it.
